PSA finalizes purchase of Opel/Vauxhall from General Motors

FRANKFURT (Reuters) – PSA Group clinched the Opel and Vauxhall brands from General Motors on Tuesday, helping the French carmaker to leapfrog French rival Renault to become Europe’s second-ranked carmaker by sales.
